Bluetooth WalkyChaty App is a must have app for your emergency toolkit! It has been designed to work with low energy bluetooth communication link only. It is most useful when other means of communication like cell and wifi service is not available. Lets imagine some of the possible scenarios: Camped out on a mountain with no wifi/cell with group of friends and in the night it is too cold or rainy to walk out to chat , Traveling with a partner or a group in a bus, airplane or ship and not sitting together , traveling international with no data plans ,In a big meeting hall or building like a museum when one or both partner have no regular data service , So you get the idea situations are several and works like a walkie talkie but with a limited range and more features. Please note that communication is not secure so avoid using senestive information while texting. Salient Features: 1. Works within a radius of about 200 feet in an open space and probably little less in a building 2. Can send text, voice mail or photos 3. Link up with at most 9 users all on different channels but chat one at a time by switching channels 4. Scan channels to see who is active 5. Buzz remote user to send alert. 6. No setup required. Just launch the app and chat as long as the other user has also got the app running on the same channel.
